By Jerry relinquishing these preferred shares and control- he's adding a cash flush serious partner that will infuse us with cash received from this trade-off ( amount yet to be revealed) - Jerry is helping all of us as well as himself. We're done being ripped off with the likes of that Shylock Roy Meadows/Daughter and the likes - nor will we have to dilute for future operations.
With Miss Li and Co aboard - they'll expand our reach years before we could have done this in-house without a huge cost hit to shareholders as she has distribution rights.. We'll now open the China market as well of all of Indonesia. For those that follow energy drinks I'll do a lil' history lesson on a future post.
We are still in an incubation stage and ready to explode into the worldwide market this year 2017
As far as shareholders yes many are here looking for a quick flip and bank a lil cash, and yes it's just a lil cash. In baseball terms I'm not after getting on base by an error- walk - or wild pitch. I'll stand at this plate and wait for that fat pitch over the plate that I can hit out the park and have done so. Current share price doesn't even scratch where we're headed - unless you need profits to pay for food or shelter this is prolly worst time you could not be holding and adding all one could.
