Stand to be corrected but the original excuse was all that was needed to complete the web site was beta testing. This lead me to believe the site was done and just waiting for the results of this testing. If that was true, how much was spent to get the site to the beta testing stage? The web site money had already been spent. Now I wonder if a new web site was ever started. A mixing of truth from reality?
