Agree Bro, got your PM, just been busy lately to put much thought, BUT you are spot on and see you are willing to do some deep DD. One thing I found out, the power (money) structure is not in the US but Asia. Before any merger, there's going to be a lot of shuffling in Asia before the structure is fully revealed with products, services revenues. Hang in there.
