Hank, yes I mentioned this before...a reverse merger. A very good chance this could happen. This is why the company needs to answer the questions Atlas presented earlier this week regarding these deals and how it might impact SH's.This might be why they Ntek maintained a high number of AS shares after the RS. SWIG would have a cheap and quick way into being public through owning majority shares.
