I don't believe this is an unequal relationship. Swig TV is ours, the Swig Stick looks like ours...
Swig seems to have the best cloud and a great back office
NTEK entertainment has a new Hollywood partner focused on 4K, UHD movies and content
NTEK also appears to have a budding friendship with Lightning Entertainment involving content and deal making.
I don't think NTEK is the lightweight here and the public company is our public company.
