Two more pieces of information directly related to the last PR:
Madagascar was not the only overseas stop last month. Talks have begun with an entity in another country about obtaining capital. If they can't find risk capital in North America, they will find it elsewhere, as the Cougar LOI clearly shows.
Talks have begun with companies in the battery sector, and a major part of their criteria is non-Chinese graphite.
Also, China is slated to end their 20% export tariff this summer, but it will have no impact on DNI's wholesale business.
