Company filed all delinquent reports on 1/25 and the attorney letter on 1/31 to become current.
Look for big things coming here very soon.
OS (around 4 billion) may be large, but insiders hold 74%, which brings the float down to just over 1 billion shares. Not the greatest share structure, but this thing can still move and trades thin.
