Serious traders in $INCC got tired of the stacked ask and iHub basher / shorter nonsense.
They attempted to walk $INCC down further by moving the 10M hold back stacked ask down to .0009 before the open - even though there was a 2M .0009 bid before the close yesterday.
It got slapped and taken out within 4 minutes of the open.
$INCC now extremely thin to the upside again.
Only 552K at .0010 and probably 3M>5M at .0011.
Those that bought .0009s not flipping for one-tick.
Volume so far 12.6M.
