RH did reference in 2016 updates .. intent re: sales and marketing
perhaps the $600,000 (out of 1M sought) needed for that .. or perhaps
RH's belief is that with first buyer's investors' issues satisfied and zoning
time lines known and handled that P2O's first sale is en route
btw .. since RH has done everything on a shoe string of mostly his money
it's quite possible .. that he is trying to align time lines for the most impact
which is why imo P2O for the first time in a very very very long time .. P2O controls PTOI
i'll take slow/steady/methodical myself
