There are many variables depending on a company's status and what they are applying for. Look it up. The info is available, but it's riddled with those variables I mentioned so you may want to have some head ache meds handy.
Anyhow, like I said, it doesn't matter with a company that's experiencing strong growth. Some people (not you) on this board just don't get that, or they're here to water down our good info with doubt or general negativity.
If they're experiencing strong growth, it's not going to stop as a result of a strategic move to up-list to a big board. Anyhow, it's like a year away and may not be required if the share structure is modified via redirected cash flow or in general the pps and volume requirements are met. That wouldn't surprise me a bit as so far they've done an awesome job of following a path that keeps the best interests of early investors on the front burner.
