OK, I've read the PR's and combed through most of the 8k released today, and here's what I get. JBI just got $10M in new money. JBI also just got a new CEO with direct ties to their most important partner, Rock-Tenn. JBI gets to keep the brains behind the invention on staff for the next 5 yrs. John B. stepped away from being an officer and director, probably helping speed the end of the SEC troubles. A report by SAIC apparently completely validates the JBI business model.
One question. Is there really anything negative to talk about regarding this stock? Isn't this the transition to a commercial roll-out company from an innovation/invention company we've been waiting for?
What's with all the sour voices out there?
