Abortion issue. The legit medical field has quality standards to meet. You don't meet those standards you don't practice. Thus you can't bill Medicaid Medicare or insurance company's.
Planned Parenthood bypasses those standards. It should be called Vodo Medicine in the Hood.
My experience having worked as a Radiology manager maintaining those State/Federal and Joint Commission standards...has infact seen the Bull shit planned parenthood tries to pass off as diagnostic. That withstanding I have also see how some Physicians try to scam the system...it's all about the money ...
