PARSIPPANY NJ, Jan. 05, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Global Fashion Technologies (OTC PINKS: GFTI) will be changing its corporate name to EcoTek360, Inc effective January 10th, 2017. In addition, the Company will change its Stock Ticker Symbol to ECTX also effective on the 17th of January. My calendar says it’s February 2nd, but that can’t be right. C.G. stated that there would be a ticker change on January 17th. It hasn’t happened, so my calendar must be wrong; it can’t be February. In conjunction with the aforementioned the Company is applying to trade on the OTCQB system for greater visibility and potential liquidity for our shareholders which should be completed before the end of Jaunary.(sic)

Anyone reading my post(s) for the first time might get the false impression that I am simply a "Basher". Reviewing my history, one can see that I have been a strong supporter of CG for years. However, I am privy to information which in part has forced me to change my position.
