I'm almost getting shivers in anticipation of the annual report, albeit months away (and probably late too).
I'm patiently waiting for a fraction of a penny, and here's why.
The filings aren't pretty.

I doubt he'll be able to pile on additional secured debt at 15% and have any bid support at all.
Current assets are only 1/3 of current debt, soon to be 1/4, then 1/5, 1/6 as assets continue to be written off and sold, while debt is rapidly ballooning.
We need volume and new blood and stock promoters and a convertible debenture agreement or three to start a toxic spiral that should crank up the volume as many more look to benefit from volume and stock sales!
So I wait.
