A very nice day indeed! So that we don't get ahead of ourselves it's important to remember, the devil is in the details.
1. Specifically, what are the terms of these two partnerships?
2. What costs are involved - to us?
3. Was the seemingly non-stop and extremely painful dilution we experienced last year part of this deal?
4. How does a CEO of SWIG, a competitor of sorts, become the CEO of our company without something more than just a partnership?
5. How do 4K Studios get to move from OUR facility into Illuminate Hollywood's facility with just a simple "partnership"? Do we pay rent or is there something more?
It seems to me that these two moves are more than just partnerships or maybe my definition of partnership is different from NTEK, etal.
6. Moving forward are we still a stand alone company or does SWIG and I.H. come under the umbrella of NTEK? After all, we're the only publicly traded company. It seems this might be something both Swig and I.H. would be interested in.
These are just a few of the questions that immediately come to mind. I'm cautiously optimistic but need to see those details, please! ....and the new HDR content would be nice too.
