it was a commitment made years ago .. by those P2O Investors who understand exactly what
was done .. when .. and by whom
btw .. a very long long PM'd me in the last 10 days to add his *commitment*
to that discovery (CA)
P2O's ability to execute allows that commitment to proceed ..
