$TURV GrowCo Signs Another Tenant Investor Update 02/01/17
GrowCo, through GrowCo Partners 1, LLC, Â announced today that it has signed another tenant to begin growing in its greenhouse in Pueblo County Colorado. GrowCo signed it's first tenant in December 2016.
GrowCo's first tenant now has its clones in 20 gal pots and moved them into large vegetation bays. Â The grower expects to plant and subsequently harvest 160+ plants a week.
Through an outside service, GrowCo tenants are taught how to grow in a greenhouse environment, which includes the use of biological defenses against pests and disease, rather than harsh chemicals. Â Pictured below is a ladybug, which was introduced into the environment to eat bad bugs.
In addition to the state of the art greenhouses, which among other controls irrigates and fertilizes automatically through an Argus computer environmental system, GrowCo offers licensed growers gigabit fiber optic internet service, which allows tenants high resolution instantaneous 24/7 control of the Argus system.
That allows growers real time visibility of the greenhouse and the ability to adjust the growing environment internet through their smart devices anywhere there is internet access .
