There would be 2 very happy traders...
Have to wonder though. With 240 reported SEC shorts at PTEL. It would appear to me with a now defunct merged brokerage has $275,000,000 in cash to settle 2 accounts. Now considering 2.4-3.4 billion to settle 240 that were report and posted by the SEC. It would appear the DTCC is on the hook for 2.4-3.4 billion maybe more...
The largest rogue trade ever was 9 billion this one seems to have legs...
Maybe everything is on hold for a Treasury Secretary?
I've always heard there would be payback for 2008...might be why 3.4 trillion of 10.6 trillion has yet to be spent. Wondered many times if FED would step down. This can of worms might crawl out of the can and up someone's leg if it hasn't already...
