with January 2017's *trading* volume in the books for PTOI ..
i wanted to see how PTOI's *monthly* volume conveys .. since PTOI first began *trading* in April 2009
specifically which months had the least amount of volume ~
PTOI first began trading in early April 2009 .. not surprisingly 6 of the 9 months PTOI traded in 2009 are in the top 10
wash/wash//reel .. 2 months from 2010 .. and with *cracks* becoming visible .. the lowest volume month coupled
with the lowest PPS comes in the 3rd spot (2017) .. 2015 is represented in the top 10 .. with 2016 in the runner up spot of number 11
runner up in number 11 spot is:
note the rather telling stat % wise that 2009 is well represented for PTOI's *lowest* volume (but not the lowest PPS)
which is why this month's (JAN 2017) is so telling to me .. in that i suspect NON RETAIL has RUN OUT of abusive
liquidity .. they last successfully utilized (roll those resets) via the 80% scooped of the 3M settlement cert ..
Volume Totals from 4.2009 to 7.2013 = 112,462,421
Volume Totals from 8.2013 to 12.2016 = 94,624,515
i stand by my belief that PTOI's *abusive* short is on par with PTOI's *float* .. and i strongly suspect PTOI
is on the verge of having reg sho triggered for a 3rd time since 2011 ..
