This has been dead as hell since the spin-off was declined!
Mark tried to use a different position to create another entity.
EXAD. It has no relation to BCAP.
IMO--once that has completed--Mark will again focus on BCAP---
HOPEFULLY!
We don't want to sit in the dark for another couple years!
