At 3:52 of the video you will see that there is no connection between the HHO (Coates hydrogen generator) unit and the orange Coates/Secure Supply engine (as the video plays on).
At 3:52 if you immediately stop the video, you will see a dark blue starter/charger at far right, an outboard motor fuel tank filled with diesel, a black natural gas hose feeding to the engine from a gas line just beneath a wall mounted fire extinguisher and a hint of the flex exhaust pipe to the T along the back wall/floor line.
The diesel in the small portable tank is used to provide just a bit of fuel to lube the pistons in the cylinders. The balance of actual fuel is natural gas (somewhere in the high 90% area, only GC would know exactly).
Right now I am getting my cup of coffee and await any comments.
