They said "on or about" the 30th, correct? That doesn't exactly make the 30th a deadline unless investors choose to make it one.
Of course, in the usual fashion, some will do exactly that. If for nothing more, it gets used as a scare tactic to pull off one more swing trade ahead of the restructuring.
If so, it also means a nice buying opportunity will take place ahead of the bounce.
