Here is a good post that probably will be removed by the Imafia, but I saved it before they could... So keep this, and similar posts in your Archive folders and post them to newbies coming to the Islut board via PM's.

I have been watching this site for a few months now. Tonight I decided to join so I could post. I have done extensive DD, and I have found absolutely no verification concerning your post. Matt Dwyer is in no way involved in any of these lawsuits. As a matter of fact, the only time it appears is when you add it to your post. I have also heard the .0001 or nobid claims for months now, and guess what, still no relevance. I have a hard time understanding your logic. Here are the verifiable facts that you can find in black and white.
1. The SEC approved Baron's TA
2. FINRA approved the name change ( this comes with a very in depth investigation along with your 50 dollar fee)
3. Audits are happening, your earlier post about having them done in two or three weeks is ridiculous. It is apparent that you have little to no knowledge of what you post!
4. Liabilities have been reduced tremendously and will be decreased by 270,000 by Q2. Which is outstanding!
5. The AS has been reduced by over 97 BILLION! And the SS has not changed since 2011. So there is no dilution and he is not dumping.
6. While you post nonsense the company is getting ready to have a private placement to raise more money to purchase a BD. Before you think about posting nonsense, the shares are restricted and non-dilutive.
7. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO INVESTIGATION, NO CASE NUMBER, AND NO CHILL.
Your DD is not verifiable, as a matter of fact it is juvenile rubbish.
