Mine does delete after 12 days, but I re-enter it now.
When that happens I use the "SEARCH" option at the top left hand corner of My Samsung remote.
Took Me 2 Years to learn to do that at My Age.
You can do that too if You want to.
I figure this is a Samsung Problem.
