Ok....let's say the NSS situation is what some believe. If the CEO has multimillion of shares, warrants,etc, AND they have what has been called a "paradigm shifting" technology as claimed, why would the CEO continually change the terms of agreements to the point that potential customers finally bale out of frustration and exhaustion? Why, if a deal would cause the moass, doesn't he agree to a deal that, although not perfect, would absolutely validate the technology AND the company? The morass, if it is what is claimed, would make him far wealthier, damn near instantaneously, than any multi processor large deal. Hell, they have almost fully set up ready to go machines sitting in the yard of the sub contractor. Ship one, set it up and let the customer run it for a few months. Even if you sell it at cost plus labor to set it up, the validation would set of the claimed moass and make he and others a lot of money. Correct??
