For me it should be at least $500m market cap share price 30 cents plus is conservative imho if revenues $40m to $50m would only by 10 times revenue. I have seen plenty of examples of current companies with $16m annual revenue worth $600m and $30m annual revenues worth $900m plus market cap which is like 30 to 40 times revenue.
As for tech company valuations just take Snapchat $26billion market cap with $200 to $300m revenues 100 times revenue. Lots of example with this 50 to 100 times revenues for market caps.
So 10 times revenue is conservative IMHO. Staying patient for the proper valuation here.
