John Bordynuik, Rauber, Bogolin, The Brewer Group, Econavigation, and Rick Heddle. NONE of them have been able to sell ONE "World Class" processor in nearly ten yrs. Major people with mega deep pockets have reached out to invest in "inferior" companies with tens of millions of dollars.
Yet, we are being told that our company is much better because of the "enviable share structure"?????
And we are supposed to be ecstatic because the CEO has put in millions of dollars at terms that are damn near criminal? If the technology is so great, why did Heddle need terms so incredibly favorable?
What's in it for Heddle? Well, for one, the NF property is across the street from the Niagara River, not a bad spot for a Marine company. And Less than a mile from Niagara Falls itself. The governor is planning on allocating $500,000,000 to the area on top of substantial millions already invested in the Robert Mose Parkway to revitalize and revamp Niagara Falls to move the area into a world class destination on par with the Canadien side.
Maybe Heddle truly is a forward thinker.
