You kind of answered what most are saying, the old

Having led the charge on counting shares owned by the iHub and iHang board posters and watchers (many people who don't post, but sent me their share count), I know there are dozens of shareholders with hundreds of thousands of dollars invested here (translates to individuals will millions of shares). Trust us, we've done our research, debated negatives, debated pros, and are still here invested and holding strong. If we made it through 3+ years of delays, you can guess that we're in it to win or lose. It's looking much closer to a win at the moment with film development complete and shown at CES. I like my odds regardless of over a decade old allegation of questionable behavior or association with a company thought to be trying to manipulate stock price. I also take Stott's comments about a proxy war to be the cause of the board members departure. I know the 33% plus shareholders on my list would have voted no to the proxy. With a couple large shareholders, Squires, Carson, or Posners, we could have easily told the board to pack sand with their proxy.
