I understand that was the reaction to my first post, and I didn't intend to create a bitch fest but was hoping to find answers. I also didn't intend to get sucked into it but was in the mix before I knew it... 
I have to say, though, that I'm bewildered that the occurrence being 13 years old is considered relevant in this case. One can get an idea of how a current business is run by looking at how the previous business was run.
Who is Rich and why does everyone bring him up? I assume there's an inside joke.
