What I found rather odd on Stephen Squires' LinkedIn page was that he updated it so that he has been continuously President and CEO of Quantum Materials Corp since its founding without any indication that he stepped down while Sri was President and CEO. Maybe his ego is in denile? It reminds me of when Squires called himself "Vice Chairman" of US Global Nanospace even though no such position existed nor was listed on any SEC filings. I also find it curious that none of his previous companies, like USGA or USGN, are listed on his LinkedIn profile. The integrity of his LinkedIn profile makes me all the more concerned about the history of his PR campaigns and from what else he might be hiding.
My understanding is that the former board resigned, not that they were dismissed by the shareholders. I assume you know the difference since I'm the "OTC twit" here. Also, your math seems to be off. I don't recall the exact amount of time, but the resignation of the board was a few weeks before the changes in Stott's LinkedIn profile were reported here, not the same time. I also haven't seen anything on LinkedIn showing that Stott has left but have only read that on this board, so it makes one wonder where the information came from. What other employees do on LinkedIn is irrelevant. Different people do different things under different circumstances. Some people search for and find a new job before changing information on LinkedIn, and I've known many others who make changes much later. Others are so confident in their ability that they announce intentions to leave ahead of time. I don't think you can draw any reasonable conclusions based on what you said. Also, I think you can't simply tell which employees left if they changed their current employment info since they will disappear from the list of company employees on their previous employer's company LinkedIn profile.
Common sense and deductive reasoning led me to think that Stott was key to the recent successful developments. My understanding is that the VP of R&D, David Doderer, is a co-founder who has been with Solterra and Quantum Materials since 2007/2008 without any significant product developments prior to 2016 or any past background in quantum dots before the founding of these companies. Stott was the Director of R&D and was promoted by the previous board to Senior Director of R&D around the same time the Uniglobe Kisco PR came out and not too much before the CES film PR came out. The PR about Stott when he joined said he is a renowned quantum dot innovator among other impressive details and the information posted on him for the 2016 Quantum Dots Forum said that Nanosys, QD Vision, Samsung Electronics, and LifeTech licensed patents he was an inventor on from MIT. I provided links to both of those web pages which had the information, so you should have read it for yourselves. Is there anyone else there with such a background of whom I'm not aware or for whom a PR was issued? One does not need insider information to conclude with common sense that a Director of R&D with that background lead, or *directed*, the other less senior scientists/researchers in the development for which independent verification of a product occurred during and well into his tenure, not before.
You mentioned that the other board was a good place for facts. I would appreciate it if you provided more facts to address my concerns and less insults. Blind faith or just sell and go away don't seem like reasonable advice.
