DV, I was waiting to see if you got a response from George and hesitate to make this post. But here goes.
GC will not be giving out information other than what he releases in PR form unless he hits it big and has something real to announce. Until then, his PRs will continue to include forward looking statements protected by safe harbor legal speak such as There can be no assurance that the Company will be successful in any of its endeavors..
He knows the names of all the original investors but may be interested in knowing the names of those who have not cashed in their stock. Although he said he can give out only limited information (to original investors), I see that as a forward looking statement in itself. If he had any information to give it would be revealed in a PR. Honestly, that is his only legal means.
I asked several of the same questions of him three days ago, along with a few more pointed ones and intentionally avoided blowing sunshine up his ass. Those days are over. I also mentioned that the form 4's indicate he is no friend of the stockholders. I recommend this process if you really want to piss him off. His response to me:
"Stop with the BS you know I cannot comment."
It has been my experience that using diplomacy and praise while avoiding pointed questions or criticism is the only way you will get even a general response from GC.
