reminder NON RETAIL took about 80% of the 3M settlement cert which
*enabled* them (along with that 1M wash traded with NN and CFGN in July)
to work efforts .. .. thru EO 2016 (yet still the lowest *volume* YTD for PTOI
since first *traded* in 2009)

this isn't rocket science folks

this is NON RETAIL *stuck in a hot mess of their own creation* due to their
gross stupidity and egregious greed

if folks haven't taken the time .. educate yourself on one who has been
rehabbing his image daily for 10 years via CNBC
