Welcome to the board...the 10Q should be out soon.As far as a shareholder meeting or AGM there has been no date established since the current CEO stated the 14a would be revised.I believe the previous management had stated a date but nothing since then.Are you a new shareholder ? Call IR if you have any questions they are pretty good at responding.
