A total of 20,155,571 common shares held by disinterested shareholders, representing 36.44% of the issued and outstanding common shares, were represented in person and by proxy at the meeting.
1. Amended and Restated Share Option Plan
At the Special Meeting, the disinterested shareholders approved Profound’s Amended and Restated Share Option Plan dated December 8, 2016. Detailed results of voting of disinterested shareholders are as follows:
