One is Southern Home Medical Soutions, the other Southern Home Medical, Inc. NOW, as far as I can gather, Southern Home Medical Devices will utilize the EQUIPMENT with respect to the use of SOUTHERN HOME MEDICAL with respect to SHOM's utilization of such said equipment. From what I gather, that equipment, such as the Wearable Monitoring Device and any OTHER will fall under SOUTHERN HOME MEDICAL DEVICES and all revenue, profits will fall under SOUTHERN HOME MEDICAL, INC.
