Samsung dropped my Ultraflix App. I haven't been able to access Ultraflix App all month so I today I finally called Samsung support and after they went through their process it was learned that for my model the Ultraflix app is no longer supported as the app provider has not updated and renewed their application. I have 65" 4K Samsung model no. UN65JU6500FXZA. I contacted Ultraflix support and opened a ticket to report problem. Anyone else experience this situation? I wonder if its due to what NTEK is doing behind the scenes with their servicers?
