So we still haven't heard from the brokerages rega

So we still haven't heard from the brokerages regarding their response due on January 20th, and now COR is adding a second amendment in its case against the brokerages, seeking a constructive trust in its aim to recoup the four million dollars. I wonder if at some point the brokerages might turn on each other and try to settle out for the best deal.
