I bet most of you don't know this; Koreans like their "beef" there is a dish my Koreans friends use to barb-q that was very tasty. they marinated it in a special sauce and seasoning...One can only guess where this is leading.
The jerky will go international if not already. If they are following the guidlines set forth by the various FDA's. At this rate the will clean house and their competition won't know what hit them; and when they do, they will be scrambling to figure out what just happened.
