I really don't see the point of this news release.

I really don't see the point of this news release. It's soooo vague that these items can mean anything. Take financing for example, this could be good or bad, but it sounds like they're pursuing financing for something. However, what would that be for? Because there has been no discussion from them on projects that require additional financing.
