I don't think DF is really considered a company of

I don't think DF is really considered a company officer right now, so I don't know if he would have to file a form 4. (unless he is a majority shareholder.)

Because of his background I'm guessing his role is probably more like an independent contractor at the moment...sheer speculation on my part......
