imo it is incredibly informative for retail investors

note cramer refers to *moron longs* .. i've noted on
my NSS board for years .. that one of CEs' goals
was to create *traders* out of retail investors ..

i strongly suspect (but clearly can't prove until P2O
executes) one of the reasons CEs' angst is ratcheting
and trolls are extolling *sells* .. is because CEs' have
exhausted their ability to inject *abusive liquidity*

CEs' have 3 options at their disposal re: parting *shares*
out of actual P2O investors .. *stall* for seemingly perpetuity
.. compress PPS DOWN (done successfully since P2O was
wrested back in mid August 2013 and current Ceo's $MILLION$
infused .. 35c to 20c to 10c to 5c) or try and do a CONtrolled
RUN UP on PPS .. (VNDM's elastic 051 *volume* was split
with NN in the Fall) .. remember September's 7c (52 week high)
was done on less than 70,000 in volume

one recent site .. in one state .. in one country .. is measured in the $Million$

all it will take imo is P2O's first sale .. but i also don't rule out ancillary
material events' implemented

EOY Update (Dec 2016) reiterated both prior Updates ..

we will all get to see how PTOI is *handled* with P2O's next filing ..
