Valuation Format---
Does anyone think that $360 Mil is too high of a valuation for Pixel Mag,, the largest digital publisher in the world??
Folks are dithering over whether to pay a penny , one cent , for shares in the largest digital publisher on the globe---doing a global digital publishing business.
If the Financials show revenue of only $40 Mil, and you use a Revenue multiplier of 9 ( most growth company's have a PE multiplier of anywhere from 25 to 40 depending on the mkt's feelings about the company ) using 9 times $40 mil equals $360 Mil.
Are you aware of the PPS needed for this valuation---try 20 cents and do the math---OS is 1.8 Bil
you get $360 M.
How fast do you think the mkt will react to Financials that show Revenue of $40M ???? or a figure close to that???
All those buyers wanting shares---where are the shares going to come from???? Certainly none of us will be offering our shares....not at a freaken penny or even 5 pennies or maybe not even 10 pennies.
The MMs have to maintain an orderly mkt---where are the shares going to come from???/ Naked MM shorting???? Probably.
If you are not in and want in after the Financials---good luck on finding shares under 15 cents---
The MMs will take this straight up , and very quickly,, looking for where folks will offer supply---like from a penny to first stop at 5 pennies and then quickly to 10 and then 15 and on to where ever the supply begins to fill the demand.
These Financials can come at any time now---and they will,, that's a fact JACK,,, and you can take that to the bank.
I got mine and I know of quite few others that have theirs also.
