MONTEBELLO, NY --(Marketwired - January 24, 2017) - Sterling Bancorp ( NYSE : STL ), the parent company of Sterling National Bank, today announced that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share. The dividend is payable February 21, 2017 to holders of record as of February 6, 2017.
