It would probably have to be based on earnings to hit $.0.05 and, as has been mentioned, there's no timeline on $0.05 yet. There's not much of a chance on getting past $0.0069 on spec buying (the previous speculation based high.) That being said, it would probably not be until the first 10-Q came with a full quarter's earnings posted - which should be in June - that a truly established and solid PPS that we all are anticipating might arrive. The first earnings report that will carry 2017 revenue should be in March and indicate January's revenue. That should cause quite a stir in itself, especially if an 8-K came out immediately before the 10-K indicating the share retirement.

Bill wants us out of tne pinks so there is also the possibility of an RS once the PPS rises above $0.01 on the way up that would put us in the dollar plus realm with a share structure in the 10's of millions instead of billions. That would probably be the attractor for large investors and those who shy away from the risk of the pink sheets.
