Speaking of BS, once again CDEL is on the bid and the ask. I note that they are fake-selling fewer shares at 1.06 than they want to buy at 1.05. Also ETRF wants to buy 13,900 at 1.05.

There are only about 5,000 shares shown on the offer (this includes the CDEL fake offer) until 1.14, and then just a few hundred until 1.17.

So, even though we know that the http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/CTIX/quote Level 2 is NOT accurate, this has been a general indicator of what "they" are trying to do. And it looks like "they" are trying to make it look like there's a lid on the price here so they can buy cheap. But it's a pretty flimsy lid, so few shares on the offer compared to how many they want to buy.

Sure hope any newbies who were going to get stopped out, have already been stopped out. They're going to be pretty mad when the price goes up dramatically on the next real news.
