First, glad you are still out there, thou quiet.
Second, Understand that you are frustrated with management issues, but you still believe in UF Tech.
Third, It is now very clear that Swig has been contemplating NTEK and vice versa for a long time now. Swig TV (which is UF) was proving a concept, and now both Swig and NTEK have decided to formalize a JV
Fourth, as you flip through the various parts of the SWIG website story, you see that UF is Swigs best foot forward. What is the term, UF is the last mile??? UF presents the final product using the secret sauce and we do it better than anyone else in the world.
Fifth, SWIG is miles ahead of us in terms of turning this into money and having the back office and the cloud savings tech figured out
Sixth, I do not have doubts about future content, future earnings etc.
Seventh, I guess we need to see what level of partnership we are developing - Is UF enough to win a 50/50 deal with SWIG??? I don't believe this is 60/40 in our favor, 40/60 might be more realistic? Hard to say.
Eighth, UF and SWIG are truly complementary, Jeff and David Foley are right about that. That aspect of their business decision is perfect.
