WTF Are you ranting about? Trump has called NATO 'obsolete'. Not hatred, but a contempt for historical realities and as damaging to our partners in NATO as actual hatred.
'Nutter' is short for 'wing nut' which is derived from rightwing nut.
There's is no context in which it has been used to describe liberals, outside of your posts.
