UAMM Last post was one month ago, today! FOLKS WHO SOLD TODAY should have read my last and ONLY post on this message board about a month ago.
I told you to not put a timeframe on this. I also told you when it popped, it would run beyond normal comprehension because of the way the stock authorized share structure is setup. Shrewd traders HAVE TO KNOW AND UNDERSTAND SHARE STRUCTURE to see the room any stock can move.
Don't compare this to other "hot" stocks, because NONE of them have this share structure. No debt. No convertibles. No CEO about to reign down hundreds of millions of shares on the price. No marketing company out there with hundreds of millions of shares about to dump "the pump". There has been NO PUMP... it's just grassroots with shrewd investors like myself who bought over a period of weeks and kept my mouth shut the whole time. in other words, when it starts running, there are no artificial shares to stop the run... you really have to understand that if you haven't been trading in the pennies long. There is NO CATALYST for move up above .03, not to quickly run to .05, then to .09, then to .21, then to .38... big brother is not hovering with shares to dump. Please understand that. Runs happen based on:
0. share structure and timing
1. luck
2. sector
3. enthusiasm
4. product
Product is last. I've seen companies with nothing and we all knew it, run from sub .0005 to .25 with absolutely nothing to offer. look at the recent run DRYS went on ... and on the big board no less. Then look at my list of 5 factors above and understand what i'm telling you.
These guys have maybe the sweetest share structure i've seen in the pennies in years and have steered clear of the buffoons who market hype for shares that they dump on runs.
They have two websites already up and running. Think about the websites for a moment EVEN WITHOUT A CLEARING MERCHANT. Because they are located in CA, in the hub - if you will, they illustrate where to buy weed, and types of weed, equipment, medical info, etc. There is a reason backpage and craigslist became household names that EVERYONE reading this post knows - even while GOOGLE was in existence. Why? Because there was a niche in the marketplace that both of them seized. These guys are in that niche space now for marijuana. Do not underestimate how far and how quickly and even how VIOLENTLY this will run.
Selling equipment is nice. Good to get some short time revenue, but see my factors above, frankly shrewd investors know it's not even necessary. Mre than anything, I like the idea of them getting more contacts in the business through their efforts and more importantly, the name change and getting current must be swift to capitalize on the run. This has the makings of an EPIC ride.
I'll post again in about another month. I hope those of you not experienced enough yet listen. Some of you who sold today sold way way too early, but we are each responsible for our own actions.... and repercussions from those actions.
