That is a sample size of 1.906309476838212e-4(1.91%)
So if I sample 2 apples out of 100 apples(2%).... will that tell me the percentage of how many apples are good compared to bad in said sample. Absolutely not...and that is why these so called methods need to be drastically changed... if to be taken seriously.
