Rocket and tlc2 have posted the new 2012 export permits and rfc permit multiple times. When your source said mine hadnt paid its taxes that makes no sense and I've seen the rfc permit in answer to the no taxes accusation Pr 21:28..
The whole point of the new more stringent permit system was to catch the illegal border south mainland mines run by cartels who werent paying taxes-Bob noted this in emails in Nov or Dec and said it had nothing to do w them which was proven by the dated stamped permits. The only time I've seen Bob mad is when I forward the it seems non stop bizarre accusations from your source -accusations which have never been proven to be true and have been proven to be false sometimes. It gets tiresome after the 100th false accusation. If somebody continually is trying to destroy you via false accusations maybe you should reconsider that relationship.
Bob is the CEO-not some wannabe,Bob has a mine inspected many times by and operating as per the Mexican mining laws w mining attorneys on CWRN's advisory board,we get PR's ,we get weekly pics date stamped w exif data on back to check the dates which shows the weekly progress of the mine.
They cant truck to port without permits or without an order completed as per the buyers specs. Sept 2011 PR wanted to use larger ships but 4th order wasnt ready or thru bidding by time of Nov 17 PR so changed to a Handymax which Bob asked Dillion to get in by xmas and then 4th order was finished so they delayed ship to use a Panamax-which is what they wanted to do in the 1st place-and I'm sure Bao thinks they are much more able to do shipping dont you -which has been nothing but a headache to Bob so Bob agreed to turn shipping over to Bao.
I've given possible reasons for shipping delays-the logistics have at times been horrible which is to be expected in a startup where the best methods are being determined. Even if CWRN hd not paid taxes once ore passes customs and is paid for by buyer its usually beyond even the reach of the govt for the law doesnt punish innocent 3rd parties (a legal term) for the actions of others -and fraud would have to be proven-which is a very difficult legal satndard to prove--and Bao having paid could sue for interfernce w its ore.
Every single thing does not have to be apocalyptic-they are learning the best way to dance and Bao is making some decisions based on testing etc as indicated by last PR-e.g.. Beneficiation plant. And if Bao wants to pay port holding fees for any delay -which would probably be part of the contract -I'm sure Bao could afford it and I'm sure Bao is formulating the best shipping plan-maybe ship they were going to use had problems.
In decision analysis you start w the least dramatic and thus most likely scenarios first- you dont y jump to the apocalyptic scenarios. Bob was expecting ship late March as somebody else posted from Bobs email and they were still trucking 5th order then and witnesses at the port saw cwrn trucking then and the huge pile of cwrn ore at port. If Bob hadnt gone to Houston for the week we would have new independent pics of the ore at port.
